1. The service

AIGov Prep provides practice questions, exam simulations, and study analytics for AI governance certification exams. It is a study aid: we do not administer official exams, award certifications, or guarantee any exam outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, scraping, or systematic redistribution of question content.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

4. Intellectual property

All question content, explanations, and analytics on the platform are original works owned by AIGov Prep and licensed to you for personal study only. You may not copy, publish, resell, or use the content to train competing products. AIGP, AAIA, AAISM, CISA, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with the IAPP, ISACA, or ISO.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Content summarizes laws, frameworks, and standards that change frequently; it is educational material, not legal advice. Practice scores (including estimated scaled scores and readiness bands) are estimates and do not predict official results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
